Lots can be found as low as $60,000 USD, in new, but well designed neighborhoods with numerous new stores and shopping centers a short walk away. From their prices go through up through all ranges, and through all parts of the city, with the top end for residential lots being around $1.5 million, for a lot, again overlooking the ocean and the prestigious old neighborhoods of the south of the old town.
