Puppy Love without Tiffany
Our neighbor sold their house two weeks ago so as to move abroad
, and my daughter was so sad at first for every time she went to that house, the old couple who lived there would offer her something delicious to eat. But this time they were gone, so were those carefully made tasty cookies.I have to say that as a mother, I am proud of my daughter, who is born so lovely that almost everyone who meets her likes her. And as a primary school student and the monitor of her class, she wins the respect from almost every her classmate. Most of all, she is so considerate a child that she shares her best things with me and tries to comfort me in her own way whenever I am in low spirits. And it just feels so good to have her around!

Our new neighbor moved into the house a week after the old couple moved away. And this time, there is a little boy who is at the same age with my daughter. Often the two lovely pupils would play happily as we adults sit talking. It is always so good watching them being together, caring about each other and sharing with each other.
One day, my daughter came back, red in cheeks, whispering to me that the lovely boy next door had asked her to be her girlfriend, promising to protect her and share delicious cookies with her. And because of the attractive cookies, my little daughter thought it a good idea and said "Yes" to him. What's more, she even showed me the ring, which was made of grass, saying that it was the guarantee of the cookies.
Looking at her clear eyes, I didn't scold her of doing so, instead, I just asked her to dinner. All of this reminded me of my puppy love, which is as pure and sweet as theirs, which has been remained as one of my beautiful memories and will never fade away. And the grass-made ring also reminded me of the Tiffany ring my husband gave me when he proposed to me, which is also a symbol of his sincere love to me.
And the pure puppy love may also be a good experience for my little pumpkin, which may remain to be a precious memory even when she grows up and meet the man who would offer her the shining Tiffany ring and promise to be her dependence, forever.
And I was able to understand importance of focusing on the present, for only if you do things step by step can it be possible that you will finally be successful and be the kind of person you would like to be.
