To much text, and your website reads like something from an austere academic institution; to many graphics and your website loses all sense of professionalism and decorum. In order to strike this balance one must keep in mind that while text is the driving force of the marketing purpose of the website; graphics can say just as much with just as little. Attaining this balance between words and pictures will allow you to create a well balanced and productive website.

Customer feedback is the lifeblood of any well functioning business. Simply asking for your client's or customer's thoughts on your website can go along way and is free advice on how to improve your website in both appearance and functional terms. When your website can strike a chord between giving the customer what they want and delivering in a venue that is efficient, you are on your way to developing a successful business.
