Proteins: Take meat, poultry, fish, eggs, milk as this will help in building of muscles quickly because they have the amino acids that will always facilitate the development of muscles, take 1g of protein per pound of body weight daily.

Fruits and vegetables: They are rich in soluble fiber which will lead to fat burning and building of body muscles. They are also rich in essential nutrients such as antioxidants which will hasten fat breakdown but encourage muscle build up. Fats: They should be included in the diet because they provide with energy and aid in the absorption of other nutrients. Eat more: For quick build up of muscles, one should take good breakfast, after workouts take proteins, eat after three hours as this will ensure the muscles have a steady supply of nutrients and proteins to build up.
