1 large onion
large roasting pan

Heat the skillet for a few seconds before you place vegetable oil and onions. Ensure the onions are sliced into half inch. When the onions start to become brown, you add roast beef on a fatty side down. Stir both the onions and meat until they turn dark brown.
After which, you transfer the beef with onions to the large roasting pan. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Add water on the roasting pan and start cooking it for another round of about 3 to 4 minutes.
