muscle building and cardio exercises, because the combination of both ensures fast weight loss.
5) Get some fresh air. If you stay inside all day and never get any fresh air, chances are you're breathing
stale, dusty, nastiness.
6) Set goals. If you aren't setting goals for yourself, you won't see good results.
7) Stop skimping your body on sleep! If you don't get at least 7 hours a night, it will be much harder to
lose weight.
8) Have fun. One of the keys to lose weight fast is to have fun along the way!
9) Stop beating yourself up. It doesn't do you any good- I promise.
10) Stop comparing yourself to others. We all have different body types, so it won't help you lose weight any faster.
