Smoking is a bad habit because it makes you unhealthy and can kill you over time. What if it didn't? Welcome!
We know all about the wonderful affects of smoking already don't we? I mean we see them on TV, our kids come home from school and tell us, even our best friends, and other family members have told us how much they hate that we smoke.
So,
quit cold turkey smoking seems to be the best thing for us. BUT, how many people can actually do this? I mean, I have tried about 20 different times, and every time I start off so strong only to fall right back into this fatal choice once again!
What is the solution here people?
I am sure if you think real hard you can see it, I bet that you have thought of it many times before and you just don't remember.

Ok, not that I have clicked my caps lock off... Here is what I am trying to say.
About a few months back, I decided that I wanted to start my new years resolution a little early! I was sick of everyone telling me to quit cold turkey smoking, and this was beginning to really affect my life! I don't know about you, but all of my friends and family didn't want me around because well, some of them had already quit and it really hurt them to be around someone that still smokes.
So I was a little bit motivated to start looking for a solution so that I could quit cold turkey smoking cigarettes. It took me a while to decide what I was going to do to help me when I found what I am about to show you.
Electronic cigarettes that are actually made to help slowly take the need to smoke, while you get to keep smoking. These are pretty new I guess, although I had heard of people trying them and thinking that they weren't very good. But these were nothing like that!
Here's the deal, I decided to give them a try, I had read all about them, watched some videos on there website, and really figured I had figured out.
So I ordered them, and what I got was AMAZING. When you smoke you mainly are doing it because you want your fix, so it was awesome to get that same fix from a cigarette that wasn't making me slowly die! I started feeling better, I didn't need to smoke as much, things in my house stopped smelling like cigarette smoke! Quit cold turkey smoking was actually a lot easier to do when I found the RIGHT solution.
So, I am happy to say, I am still a smoker, I am healthier, I have more money now because electronic cigarettes don't cost much after your first purchase.. ( you have to buy them, but once you do, you just need the nicotine) and you save tons of money on cigarettes!
