After a while your Unconscious goes, "OK I'll look after the smoking, you do other things."
So now you unconsciously smoke!
So consciously you want to quit, but unconsciously you don't want to quit, and you have this back and forth thing going on in your head!

Your Hypnosis Session
Typically you will book a time to see your Hypnotherapist in advance. Note some are very busy and you may have to wait weeks to get an appointment, but let me assure you, it will be worth the wait!
You will meet in a professional office where the hypnotherapist will discuss your smoking habit and reasons of why you may want to stop smoking. Then they will begin the actual hypnosis process.
Usually you will be sitting comfortably in a chair in a relaxed state. The hypnotherapist will then guide you into a deeper state of relaxation and it is in this state that the Unconscious mind, the most powerful part of our mind by far, is very open to suggestion.
They will then go through a 'Quit Smoking Script' which will then influence the deepest parts of your unconscious mind. Once finished the hypnotherapist will bring you out of deep relaxation and your session is over.
Many people are nothing short of amazed at how well this works, when they have been trying to quit for so long and tried virtually everything. And then they walk out of the office and never touch a cigarette again!
