Racism & Sexism - Out of control-
Racism & Sexism has an existence throughout the olden times; and it will continue to come into view constantly. Superiority complex results in racism and sexism. Down the centuries it has been happening and it will continue to happen. We need to understand one thing clear, that we are all different and unique human beings. Thinking of Inferiority or Superiority is stupidity; these things give rise to Racism/Sexism. One thing common in both Racism and sexism is the discrimination on the basis of gender. Racism and sexism can ruin a person's life or an established image forever. There is no remedy for the same. We cannot expect every human to think in a same way. Sexism is equivalent to Racism; Racism and sexism will not disappear till we change our minds;
-Racism-
Racism is nothing but discrimination that a "class of people of one race is basically superior to the other class". In right terms, it's an insulting behavior that human beings show off or a mob carry with them. It starts as emotions of intense dislike; due to difference in religions, language, race, color and so on. Racism is born out of superiority complex. It starts with an "I" factor. "I am", "I did", "I was" and so on. The ego of being superior to someone brings out the disease called "superiority complex", and this gives rise to "Racism". If I say, "I am an Indian, I am an American or I am a British, then there is an ego mixed with it, which bring's out racism. The mere idea of making someone inferior to you is stupid. We need to understand one thing clear that, in this beautiful earth "we are all different & unique human beings". No one is higher and no one is lower.
Every one of us has our own religion; our own lifestyles, different behaviors, and so on. Let everyone live as they like, Why to bring differences in them? Every one of us has different religion, faith, race & different color, etc. There should not be any kind of discrimination between human beings; He/she should not be brain-washed by the society. The only thing that we all have in common is our habits. Habits like sympathy, habits like anger, jealousy, and ego and so on. Our habit doesn't allow us to point someone about their habits. It's the combined attempt by people (Mob) that creates racism. "Habits don't give birth to racism; human nature gives birth". Judge people with their actions and not there class. When such habits born inside us cannot bring racism then why do we bring upon such things in our religion, our lifestyle.
Sometimes when you object someone or stops someone to do things which according to you is wrong and still if he/she goes ahead with that, then it gives rise to racism. For e.g.; Like it happened to me once, I was told by someone not to do something? I did what I thought was right. But it hurted the opposite person. He took it in a different way, he started avoiding me and flashing news that I didn't listened to him, coz I am not of his religion. I noticed Racism here. Such things happens everyday. Someone notice someone don't.
-I have a Question?-
If a child born to a white man is black, can it bring racism in his family? If YES then no one can help human beings? And if NO, then never think of the race and breed of another people and discriminate.
In ancient times, when kings used to have sex with their slaves, they never thought about Racism. But still they used to practice it, why?
Nowadays, Politicians do the same, they bring out racism amongst people and then they themselves do all what they like (odd things), why?
When you point fingers on others you are hurting others, knowingly or unknowingly doesn't matter. If I am sheltered and happy with my life, then my duty is to look at others problem and make them happy. Don't make others unhappy by imposing useless ideas. Remember, "Human beings are granted life to live and to love not to find differences amongst others". Live life at the fullest and don't waste time for nothing.
-Sexism-
Sexism involves things related to sexual characteristics (Masculinity, Femininity), comparisons, and insulting comments, made against a person. Sexism is more often used to notify discrimination against women and in some cases also men. According to me, the effect of sexism in society is more in comparison to racism. It's purely on the basis of gender discrimination. It's not that a particular individual to be blamed for what acts he/she does with each other that gives rise to sexism; rather it's the society in whole to be blamed for what happens. As I said sexism is often used to notify discrimination against women, I would like to elaborate it for the same.
There is no such rule that a women should be at home always, taking care of children, keeping house clean, cooking, washing clothes, etc, but still you can see majority of them do, Why?, Did we ever questioned why?, It is been happening since long time now, Did we ever thought about it? Does it not show a kind of discrimination towards women? I think so; I don't know about others. "Their may be some possible reasons as if why women's do the household works every time and not the men". Its not that a man cannot do the household works, He can do it, but as it has been going on since the beginning, it has been continuing for the same. I think that a woman due to her feminine nature can be much more powerful in handling such things compared to men. But in the mean time we should not leave our partner alone doing all that things, rather we should help her. They may be weaker physically in comparison to men, but they should not be discriminated because of gender differences. When we show discrimination against the opposite sex, we give rise to sexism.
Down the centuries man has not allowed woman to come up. If from the very beginning, women would have been given the equal status & freedom to stand equally with men in all aspects of life; then there wouldn't have been such thing called Sexism in society. Mere physical appearance doesn't make a person to sense discrimination. "When we say men are stronger and women's are weaker, we bring out preferential treatment".
Now when we see from the other side of coin, some women take advantage of their freedom, especially those who are from entertainment industry. For them "Freedom means wings to fly". Just look at them how they use themselves (expose) to get recognized; the way they dress themselves, openness in talks, etc. Look how they use their freedom & gender to CONTROL and to get what they desire. Though not every woman is like this, but there are some. "One of the reasons for women jailed in house may be as I said "Misuse of freedom and equality". Man does not accept his woman to do uncovered things.
In the same way society doesn't accepts men who act like women. Some men have the habits of women. They like to dress like woman, some walk like a woman, some talk like a woman, and some always like to be in the company of women; I have come across such a man who looks like a woman; he acts like woman, he dresses like a woman. His bodily gestures symbolize/presents, infact forces him to act like a woman. (He sounds like women when he laugh, He Keeps his fingers on his mouth when he smile (as women's always do), his body shows the curviness of a female body, He loves wearing tight dress (which flaunts his body), when he walks his body flaunts, he talks like women.) He doesn't know about his feminine nature, but I have pointed him about his nature and advised him for some changes. But I believe when a human being is shaped in such a way, then for him/her it's not so easy to change all of a sudden. Because of this he/she will face problem with the same sex and not the opposite.
