Instead of creating a kaleidoscope effect of every color on the rainbow, Yassir Rais relied on a more restrained depiction of the rainbow.The designer started with lighter colors just above the outsole including white and grey. These colors fade gradually as your eye moves to the eyelets and heel and tip, eventually giving way to bright gold and deep pink. Designer was successful in creating subtle color changes on the Rainbow Nike Dunks through detailed fading. The EVA midsole cushions your landings, and the rubber cupsole cradles your feet when you ride all day. Yielding an upper composed of varsity red, rave pink, bronze, light green, and turquoise, this sneaker deviates from the simple look we are used to seeing on Women's Nike Dunks. The use of a clean white swoosh and a white toebox complete this pair by adding the finishing touches needed to contrast the rest of the multicolored upper. The Rainbow Nike Dunks may not feature every color in the rainbow but it shows the progression from light to dark in a simple but stylish way.
