What if I told you for the next two weeks you can only concentrate on what you do
want your life to be like? That you cannot attend to any negative feelings or beliefs that pop up as you focus on what you do want? That you simply need to recognize and acknowledgethose feelings and beliefs and imagine putting them in a bubble and letting them rise higher and higher until they burst and disappear.
