More areas that will see increases in the value of real estate due to Global Warming

Adam: Steve, In a prior discussion you were talking about positive effects of Global Warming and what some of these were. And you were saying something that I think most people would be interested to know which was the impact of global warming to real estate. And you explained why Canada is one of these places to profit from do you have any more tips for people watching this video?

Steve: Well, yes, if we continue on the topic of profiting from real estate investments due to global warming we spoke about the Canadian provinces already and how that is a good place for North America. For Europeans, another excellent place to invest is Scandinavia. Scandinavia includes Sweden, Norway and Finland. As Southern Europe becomes hot and dry, people will want to migrate north and occupy those places in Scandinavia that are warming up and becoming good farm land. Cities will crop up where there are none now, and that land that is very cheap now will be an investors dream in the near future. In other parts of the world, western and southern New Zealand will also benefit, as will east Asia. Those who get these lands now will become very, very rich later because the value of that land will increase many times over.

But real estate is not the only investment type to prosper in Global Warming, there are many others and they are all within anyones reach.
