I and my boyfriend have been attempting to get pregnant for rather some time. Make sure you calculate your ovulation date first. And have sex on your ovulation date and also 3-4 days before and a couple of days after. This will increase your chances. Try not to move around straight after sex as this can cause semen to leak out. Wait 20 minutes or so. Relax- This gives you a higher chance of conceiving. Eat a healthy diet and get plenty of exercise. Don't drink alcohol.
