To build you contact list, you may want to 'squeeze' information such as the name and email address from your prospects. You can encourage these people to leave such information by providing a free report for the latest real estate information. By having a landing page or squeeze page in your website, visitors will be compelled to leave their information upon arriving on your website. Basically, the squeeze page or landing page is there to convert the site visitor to a potential client.
