Qualification
Our Realtors must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Have a valid NAID # (this means that your office is registered with the department of HUD to make offers on HUD Owned Homes.)
Have experience with HUD Owned Purchase Offers and Closings
Have experience with Short sale and other bank/government transactions
Have a good working knowledge of your local market
Be a full time Realtor
Be a member of the local MLS

(this is the system in your MLS which emails clients when a property that meets their requirements is listed)
Agree to diligently work all leads accepted. You must make initial contact within 2 hours of accepting a lead.
