Reasons In Avoiding A Confrontation With The Woman He Cheated With
You are fuming in anger after you found about your husband's cheating
, and you are determined as well to go after the other woman. There are a number of questions wadding around your mind and you want answers but not sure if your husband can or will give. You think that in talking the woman he cheated with you will get up to some degree a kind of closure about the situation and from there you can save your marriage.
Before you decide to go and confront the other woman, take a few minutes and really think about whether or not that is something you really want to do. Here are a few reasons to think twice before you take that bold step.
1)She may not have known about you. There are times when the other woman is as shocked to find out about you as you were to find out about her. She could have been completely innocent in all this - a victim just as much as you were the victim of your husband's cheating. That probably doesn't make you feel much sympathy for her but you're a better person than that and you'll feel much better about yourself by not rubbing salt in another person's open wounds.
2)For you, the things that she has to say are no really that important. If she actually know about you, then you can never be sure of the things you husband may have told her to be able to keep her. Most women are not comfortable sharing their man and there is no telling the truth, half-truths and lies your husband may have told her. But the issue is that even with gross exaggerations there could be a seed of truth enough to bloom and would cause yourself more pain through hearing the same from her lips.
3)You don't need her approval. You don't. You do not need the other woman to validate you. Don't even try to seek it from her. First, she's not likely to give it. Second, she is not the one you really want approval from. She's a shoddy substitute and will never give you the closure or absolution (as the case may be) you are really seeking.
4)She could not give answers to your questions. You have a lot of questions but she's not the right person who can give you the correct answers. She's not even the person you need to hear those answers from. There's no need for you to waste time to get some comfort in paying her a visit when all you really need to ask is the person that is right in front of you now.
