In any type of business, there is a great chance that customers may complain about their services. Why do they complain and what are the reasons about it? There are so many reasons why customers may complain about any service they purchased or inquired about their performance. It could be hundreds of reasons, but there are common things they complain about in any type of business. For example, if the next customers noticed that a table was not properly cleaned by the staff after the customer leaves, they will complain that it should be cleaned when the next customer arrives.

In a restaurant, the customers can complain through the taste and quality of their menus, the environment and the management as well. As a result, those complaints from their customers will affect the image of their company and its relationship to the customers, and they need to do something to improve their services. The same thing goes to service providers for cable TV and broadband internet. We cannot count on how many valid reasons why a customer is complaining about a service. Here are the reasons why a broadband internet customer complains about their service:

* Poor speed - This is the first priority of the customer. They need speed more than quality. They will complain if the speed is too slow if a service provider offers high speed connection of the internet. Customers like to download movies, music and games from the internet which requires high speed. If they cannot meet their expectations, for sure they will complain and shift to another service provider.

* Poor quality - Since quality is only secondary to speed, quality is also important for them. The quality depends on what a service provider offers for them, which could be in the package they introduced to the customer. If their quality is low, customers may complain about it which they need to take action immediately before its too late.

* Poor customer relationship - Customer service are also playing an important role to the company, which is to entertain complaints from various customers. If they cannot answer or take action on what their problem is all about, the customers may give them a bad feedback and to advise others not to subscribe with them because of poor customer service.

If they want to evade or avoid any further complaints from their customers, the only way to do it is to make improvements on their services and to improve their management system. Although they might still complain which is only normal for any services like broadband internet, but if they always take action immediately, they have a good chance that customers will stay subscribed with them even with problems. Avoiding any complaints is totally impossible, because any services like the cable TV or broadband internet are not always perfect. They have their own problems as well to handle, but in order for the customers not to complain further, they must update them through TV advertisement or publish a news article in the internet. It is the company's duty to serve their customers well in order to answer and take action on a customer's complaint about a service like the broadband internet.
