Recovered Data Lost Years Back From Old Hard Drives

I have lost three of my hard drives since I started working on computers

. And must say, it was a hard time to be in. Imagine all my precious pictures, songs, videos, my gang members numbers, and oh all those mails sent by my first girlfriend, all were lost. Not only that my important project files were all lost. I didn't even know if I should mourn the loss of my songs, videos, pictures, mails, or try to get back all the contacts, or re-create the projects that I had to submit in my school (that was when I had lost my first drive), or college (in case of the second drive). And I must say, that have graduated in losing my data to hard drive failure. Though, I have learnt to backup my data, the hard way! But here I must add that even if you haven't taken a backup of your data, it is today possible to recover hard drive data.

When I had first lost my hard drive, I had started hating the manufacturer of that drive. It was a tough time for me! Trying to collect all the things that I could! But there had been some things which I couldn't save! Then I had kept the hard drive as a reminder of the bad times. Same happened with the second drive. But this third time, I knew something had to be done! I searched on the Internet, and there was a lot of information that I gathered.

Hard drives are nothing but a collection of some electromechanical parts, that work hand-in-hand with each other. One of these parts is called platter. As long as this part is intact, then data is safe. So my old friends contact numbers, and my first date's mails should be safe, not to forget the innumerable pictures, audios and videos of the good times spent with friends, and loved ones. So if adequate measures are taken, it is possible to perform hard drive recovery.

I have bought a software to recover hard drive data from all the three hard drives. I installed a software on a new hard drive, connected one of the non-functional hard drive to it, and recovered all the data stored in them one after the other.
