MS PowerPoint is one of the significant products of the MS Office product suite
. It is used by the business professionals, students, trainers, and others as well. It is extensively used to make presentations for college projects, business proposals, training manuals, etc. You can embed images, audio files, charts, graphs, etc to make it more interactive and informative. However, despite being such a useful tool it too, at times, can pose certain problems. A PowerPoint presentation can get corrupt because of various reasons such as virus infections, power surges, damaged MS Office, corrupt operating system, etc. In such cases, you should employ certain measures to rectify the issue. However, if you are not able to address the problem, then you should use a third-party PowerPoint recovery tool to
recover ppt file.

Your system is low on virtual memory. To ensure that Windows runs properly, increase the size of your virtual memory paging file.
Part of the file is missing.
If the preceding error messages are appearing for a singly presentation, then chances are that the file is corrupt.
Cause:

Resolution:
To resolve this issue, you can perform the following methods:
Drag the presentation to the PowerPoint program file
Double-click the PowerPoint presentation in Microsoft Windows Explorer
Try to insert slides into a blank presentation
Try to open the temporary file version of the presentation
Try to open the presentation in PowerPoint Viewer
Move the presentation to another computer
Move the presentation to another disk

However, if you still are not able to resolve the issue then you should consider using a third-party
ppt recovery tool for ppt repair. These read-only tools can recover PowerPoint files without overwriting the original content.
