Working Principle
1. When the input shaft (motor shaft) makes one rotation, the eccentric roller bearings also rotate once in the same direction.
2. The Circulute wheel, which is assembled to the eccentric motion, with its Circulute teeth gearing consecutively on the internal pins.

D shows, when the eccentric roller bearing has completed one full rotation, that is to say when the Circulute wheel has completed one full revolution the Circulute tooth initially in mesh at some point will come to mesh as many teeth behind the initial point as there is difference between the number of Circulute teeth and internal pins. Operation Principle
1. Servo motor rotation is transmitted to the Input gear, which is installed on the M shaft.
2. Input Gear provides the revolution to the Planetary gear A, which is engaged with Internal gear A.
3. Planetary gear's revolution makes the Sun gear rotate at the Final stage through the Carrier. Principle of operation Rotational direction is the same as Input direction.
Description Of Shaft Coupling Characteristics
Fixed coupled ventricular premature depolarizations (VPDs) are usually considered reentrant; recent experimental models have demonstrated that parasystolic rhythms may also appear in fixed coupled patterns.
To analyze the mechanisms of
fixed couplingVPDs, 60 exercise tests were chosen to evaluate the response of VPD coupling intervals to changes in cycle length of the dominant supraventricular rhythm. Selection criteria included the presence of frequent, unifocal VPDs that were fixed coupled (variation less than or equal to 80 msec) at any one cycle length, with the persistence of VPDs at several different cycle lengths. Three patterns of response of coupling intervals to changes in cycle length were noted: 1) 32 patients with a direct linear relation (r greater than or equal to 0.9) of coupling intervals to cycle length; 2) 16 patients with coupling intervals fixed, independent of cycle length; and 3) 12 patients with no consistent relation over a wide range of cycle lengths. Two patients in group 2 and four in group 3 fulfilled criteria for parasystole with interectopic intervals that remained constant at different cycle lengths.

Operation Of Ball Mill Classifier
The above unit is used for grinding of Dolomite and Calcite. Jaw Crusher crushes the stone to the size up to 12 mm which is lifted by the Elevator and discharged into Storage Hopper. From Hopper a Belt Feeder is provided with a Variable Frequency Drive to control the Feed of crushed material to Ball Mill. The Ball Mill is having a Manganese Steel Lining and steel grinding media whicr-grind the material into fine powder. This powder is discharged through periphery of the Ball Mill. The Ball Mill moves with suitable spherical roller bearing with plummer block and a Girth Gear which is driven by Helical Gear Box through Fluid Coupling and Electric Motor.
A Blower is provided in the system which sucks the powder discharged from Ball Mill and it goes to LAX - II Classifier which classifies the fine particles i.e. (20 micron or 15 Micron) and coarse material is returned to Ball Mill for re-grinding. After being classified, the material goes to RPJ Dust Collector where we collect the required product through Air Lock.
