. It is part of Hewlett Packard ExpertONE certification program. This module offers the precise, imminent, and comprehensive knowledge of HP Notebook products. This course covers the fundamental information of Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting process of the HP notebook products. It also focuses on hardware and firmware support and repairing expertise in either a stand-alone mode or in business class hardware in a networking environment.

This Course is specifically intended for an individual who is working as a service technician for HP and HP Channel Partners. There is no prerequisite for this exam.

Main objective of the course is to focus on enhancing the knowledge and skills of a service technician to execute counteractive repairs, which is essential to reinstate commercial or domestic hardware to operational point. This course covers the fundamental information of Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting process of the HP notebook products. Questionnaire
Questionnaire will be consisting of objective type with multiple-choices requiring single response or multiple choices requiring multiple responses. If an answer requires multiple responses then all of the correct answers choices must be marked. Partial responses will be considered as incomplete or incorrect answer. There will be 20 questions in the exam. Time duration for this exam is approximately 1 hour (60 minutes) long. Candidate securing 70 percent or higher marks is considered to be successful.
