Provisional residence conversion segment is meant for migrants holding permit under sub-section 457 who have been employed for a minimum of 24 months and their employing organization intends to appoint them permanently

Direct entry segment is form migrants who have had a very short employment or never have been employed in Australia

Agreement segment is for migrants who are nominated by an employing concern via a labor or provincial immigration arrangement

The aspirants deemed to be qualifying for this permit must have intentions to be employed in provinces and areas outside specified cities and region of Gold Coast, Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Wollongong and Melbourne. There are age caps attached to this class and people aged 50 and higher cannot file under this classification. It is also necessary for you to substantiate you linguistic skills in English. There are waivers applicable in preset English and age in certain prescribed conditions based on your exposure, remuneration and indicated trade.
