Finally, let's consider the financial cost of letting the registry go unattended. If you put your PC through any paces at all, that is, if you do anything other than leave it exactly as is without installing anything on it, you will probably reach the point where you have to back everything up and reinstall the operating system.

Hence it becomes necessary to download or buy a good registry cleaner and schedule it to run once a week so that the software detects the erogenous files and invalid entries in the registry and gets rid of them. However all the registry software will ask for your approval before removing the entries. You can then decide which entries to remove and which entries to leave alone. Hence we see that most of the problems of your computer regarding performance occur due to problems in the registry and simple running the registry cleaner once in a while can help you save on costs of calling the repairman.
