- Light Scalp Massage with your finger tips apply light massage touching your hair scalp slowly covering the whole area of your head every day for at least 10 minutes in the morning after you wake up and night before you sleep this allows the scalp, hair papillae and capillary vessels to activate the cells present in the hair and allows natural nourishments to flow smooth and steady.
