. Studies have shown that a lot of single moms have been quitting the regular day job in order for them to have more time to take care of the household work and their families. However, quitting the day job does not necessarily mean having no source of income at all. In fact, quitting the day job has provided moms a very lucrative opportunity to earn more than what they were earning. First, why do moms want to quit their regular jobs? They do so because they want to spend more time with their families.

Rehabbing homes can be very profitable. Staying at home does not always mean that you will have no income. In fact, a single deal you close should be enough to buy yourself a car.

Real estate investing has proved to be one of the most common options for mommies. True enough, aside from it gives them more time to assume the best role in life as mothers, that is it also gives them a sense of self as they make a satisfying career for themselves.
