The greatest gift God gave to send us in this world with relating to new individuals. When the baby opens his eye, see new faces and start relating to them. As the baby grows he starts relating with others surrounding him and makes relationships. Relationships with Parents, Brother/Sister, Friends, Employees, Husband/Wife, Siblings and In-Laws.

Relationship is based on trust, belief, confidence; mutual understanding that cannot be built overnight. From birth to death a person success or failure is measured by the kind of relationships he/she with other individuals. When the toddler start recognizing things, make relationship and take it further in life. He starts interacting with people, Identifying familiar people with new acquaintance.

Successful relationships are strengthened and hardened by the test of time. A marriage is a union between two hearts bound with love and kindness. An individual in a marriage should not be a respository of one's own needs and desires, in face both the people should be totally committed in their relationship. Both of them should know how to make other happy, do as per the expectation. Communication strengthens the foundation of a relationship. In a fight, one should realize what went wrong rather than where the person failed. Give space to each other; try to understand the feeling of other.

A good relationship is not that lasts one but one that co-exists with self-respect, individually and need to grow. While socializing with family and friends we interact with many people, in a office environment we build connection over a period of time with our work colleagues.

A well- built relationship help us in our career plan. One can make good friends in office or anywhere who should stand by at the time of distress. Such relations are built over a period of time require communication, giving help when need by the other and support him/her when one feel lonely. Friends also help us at the time of stress. We can share our worries with them.

Good Relationships are the key for the successful life. No matter how much wealth you accumulated in your entire life, what matter is how many praises you, how much smiles you brought in the life of others.
