Most of the people like to watch TV shows according to their moods. Here I would like to share one TV show with you that is Greys Anatomy. This TV show is full of entertaining moments. The entire story is based medical drama. This show is about some mentors and their interns who are struggling to complete their medical training and start their personal lives. There are 10 to 20 episodes in each season and it has just started their 7th season. Each season is more interesting and more entertaining. This show is popular in USA and won two awards The Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award. All the character plays an important role in this show. Now it is airing its 7th season and the last episode aired is the 3rd episode Super freak.

Another show is Eureka which is a sci-fi show which plots a town where technology is very much common and better then available in normal human world. It starts when a U.S. Marshal Jack Carter met with an accident and reached that mysterious town of technology which get better and better with every passing episode.

In the nutshell we can say that work is important in our life but we should also give some time to get entertainment. I agree that now people are so busy because of their work but they should understand that physical health and mental health both are important to live a healthy life. So everyone should spend some time to do indoor as well as outdoor activities. As we know life is a Gods gift and we should not spoil it. We can share the happiness and feelings with others. Then we really feel relaxed or tensionless. In the world there are many simple ways with which we can get entertainment like playing video games and watching your favorite television shows. Thus, we get a mental satisfaction and relaxation and well be ready for the next days stressful work.
