Flanges

A "flange" is plate shaped like a circular ring provided with holes for the studs, which attached to the end of a tube, is used to tie it with other elements like in agriculture field. The flange is the circle with holes inserted and welded around a pipe to connect them together. Of course in those holes appropriate bolts are placed and sometimes flange protections of rubber or other material, are inserted between the two flanges, in order to better close the joint and prevent leakage of liquid or gas. It means we say that it is best way to link mechanical devices or coupling devices when we use this in agriculture or other related field.

Die Forgings

The actual meaning of forging is the "mechanical deformation of metal when heated to a plastic state". However, in now days it has come to include similar operations done in the cold or room temperature state as well.

1.Closed Die Forging or Impression Die Forging

2.Open Die Forging

Parts of sizes up to 25 tons can be produced with closed die forging. Closed die forging can produce near net shapes that will require only a small amount of finishing.
