Religion In The Age Of Aquarius
Today in our world people have a much greater awareness of their spirituality
. Thru the ages religion has helped us grow closer to God but most importantly it has helped us go beyond religion and become More in our growth. In the Age of Aquarius, religion must become the vehicle in which people can express a new identity as spiritual beings first and foremost.
As we look at the struggles in religion over the past 2,000 years we are very aware that many evils have occurred. Even among each other we have created walls of division. We can condemn this or we can learn from it.
Let us learn the lesson that we are not divided and we are all children of the same living God. God's love is not conditional but in fact unconditional. It doesn't matter to Him whether you are Catholic, Jewish, Christian, or Hindu or any other religion.
In the spiritual realm there is no religion. When you return home to the Father, the only thing you will be concerned about is your growth in your psychology, from this lifetime. If you have spent years fighting battles that have only taken away your oneness with the Father, then you will return home with less accomplished.
Life on earth is a classroom in which you come to learn how to overcome certain struggles you carry in your higher self. Your higher self sends a portion of itself into the material world in an effort to grow and that is when you become human.
Life isn't about religion but about drawing closer to God. God is within us and His unconditional love can never be separated from us. By the experiences we encounter in life, we learn and have the potential for greater love of the Father.
But why do we often feel unloved? Why do we search for God thru religion? Because we feel separated from both. In understanding we have never been without God and we have always had His unconditional love, we can begin further growth.
It is then we realize that we have felt this because of our understanding of ourselves and of our world. We are a product of our own level of understanding. This is why understanding helps us become More in and attain a higher level of awareness. This is the key that unlocks our potential.
This is where religion of the Age of Aquarius must allow us to become the spiritual beings we are by giving us the freedom to work thru our problems. Guilt and fear must go. Mistakes of the past must be seen as lessons in a classroom. Learn what you feel is your portion and love yourself no matter what.
The true role of religion in the new age is to help people see their true spiritual identity. We are individualizations of God who chose to come for a specific purpose of helping bring God's kingdom to earth.
When we understand who we really are and how much God loves us, we will want to re-connect to our higher self and embrace our true spirituality. When people realize they are spiritual beings first and human beings for the purpose of learning and becoming more, religion can assist them in building a stronger sense of identity.
It is time for religion to learn it's lesson, and tear down the dividing walls that separate God's children. We cannot remain separate if we want to work together its just that simple. We are one people on earth.
We need to love each other and respect different views. When we respect are brother and sister, they open their hearts to do the same for us. It's time we stop going in circles and embrace our lives as a beautiful opportunity to experience God's great love and desire for all of us.
To know your true Higher Self you need to know you wanted to come to earth in this life stream at this time in earth's history. And God gave you your life as a "gift" to you. God wants you to love your life and see the beauty of everything, today.
Change begins with one person at a time. When one person sees the beauty of seeing life differently, many others will be watching. Many will want the same for themselves. We need to get into loving our life unconditionally and only then can change happen.
