Remember Three Sentences When We Are Upset

People cannot be living a life without any agonizing

, everyone have to learn how to solve difficulties and worries, we should always keep an optimistic attitude and happy state of mind. When we encounter troubles in life, please remember three sentences, I believe they will do a great help to our own health.

The first sentence is Forget it. In life, there are many things that no matter how much effort you make you are unable to achieve them, because a person's capacity must be limited and is easily subjected to various conditions. As long as we have worked hard to struggle over, the result is not so important.

The second sentence is It does not matter. No matter what happens, we must say to ourselves like this It does not matter. Because keeping positive and optimistic attitude is the first step to solve and overcome any difficulties. God is fair to everyone, and when it closes a door for somebody, it will definitely open a window at the same time.

The third sentence is It will be past. No matter how heavy the rain is, there will be always sunny time after several days. So whatever the difficulties we meet, we must adopt a positive attitude to face, believing that there is sunny time waiting for you.
