Removing Moles At Home - Do They Work And Are They Safe?

These days, removing moles is no longer synonymous with undergoing surgery or some other procedure that qualifies as surgery

. You can easily remove your unwanted mole right there in the comfort of your house safely and easily. This is what many home mole removal creams want to let everyone know they can accomplish. But should you just take them at their word and go for it?

These home mole removal creams promise that they can easily solve your problems with skin discoloration and you'd only have to shell out 40 to 80 dollars. However, what they don't tell you is that every skin type is different and that the same cream can give different effects. What works wonderfully for your skin does not instantly mean they would work for your friend-s skin too. There is also the possibility of these creams providing various side effects ranging from redness and blistering. In addition, the scarring of the tissue is more likely scenario to happen.

Yet another method for home mole removal that is a definite no-no is shaving of the mole. It is technically a form of surgery, something that should be done only by a qualified person (which you-re not) in a sterile environment (which your home is not, no matter how you claim it is the cleanest place on the planet). Many people are putting themselves at risk because they are not fully aware of the grave consequences of these procedures going wrong. Stay away from the sharp objects when trying to remove mole at home.

If you look it up on the internet, you will find many natural home mole removal methods that are being suggested. They are very vocal about using many kitchen ingredients, such as apple cider vinegar, garlic, or bloodroot. Using a sterilized needle, scratch the surface of your mole. Afterwards, using a small cotton ball dipped in apple cider vinegar, a piece of garlic, or bloodroot paste, place them on top of the scratched mole and leave it on overnight. Keep in mind that the abovementioned can cause skin burning and scarring despite the fact that they are edible food items.

Although these products and home mole removal techniques are lauded by most for being fast and effective, they also clearly state that scarring is a possibility. It won't do you any good to remove a mole and have it replaced by an even harder to remove scar. After all, moles can be easily removed even by non-professionals, but scars aren't as easily erased.

My personal belief is that you have to leave everything in the hands of the professionals. You don't want to pull out your tooth by yourself when you can have a dentist do it, right? That-s the same thing for moles: why should you remove it when you can have a surgeon do it for you? If you-re concerned about this, just weigh the pros and cons and the consequences to help you make the right decision.
