This comfortable apartment on the popular urbanisation of San Juan de Capistrano is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet in natural surroundings yet it's only 10minutes by car from the town centre and beaches. Facilities include beautiful communal pool area ,( reputedly the best in Nerja) with separate children's pool and play area, surrounded by an ample choice of cafes and restaurants, mini market, library, public telephones and a regular local bus service. Other facilities close by include tennis, water sports, horse riding, golf (20kms to Baviera Golf) walking etc. The apartment is only a minutes walk to the Natural Park behind, which has many trails and even a waterfall. The terrace faces south and has panoramic sea views. Parking is conveniently located outside the apartment on a no through road, and the whole urbanisation has beautifully maintained gardens full of flowering tropical plants and palm trees. All in all an ideal location for couples or families alike.
Nerja Area :
Nerja is a beautiful coastal town backed by the Almijarra mountain range which has peaks higher than Ben Nevis in England. Originally a sleepy fishing village, over the passage of time it has developed into a charming bustling market town, whilst still maintaining its many local traditions and culture. Nerja has a choice of beaches, the most well known being the Burriana beach. A short drive inland you will discover beautiful white washed mountain villages, including Frigiliana and Competa, who specialise in producing their own wines, honey, olive oil and fig products. Twenty minutes along the coast eastwards, passing many beach coves, takes you to the stunning Bay of Herradura (Horseshoe). Westward for 30 minutes, in the coastal town of Torre del Mar, with its long promenade and many shops and restaurants, you will find a Water park and large indoor shopping mall ( El Ingenio) Also Baviera Golf is located close by.
