Reply to FIFA's Sepp Blatter World Cup Rant - December 2010

I thought I would write this article concerning the World Cup Bidding process and the dodgy dealing by FIFA. Sepp Blatter doesn't understand the English as seen by his recent comments that we English are bad losers . The reason we English are disappointed is because we lost the World Cup Biding Process by nefarious means by the goalposts being moved during the bidding process and dodgy FIFA members.

It seems at the start of the bidding process the various European/American countries were hopeful of winning the bid for the 2018 and 2022 World Cup bids and spent Tax payers money.

When the result was announced it transpired Sepp Blatter all along wanted to give the World cup to new territories. If England new this was the criteria at the start, then England would never have bothered to bid for the World Cup.

Sepp Blatter and FIFA should reimburse all losing bidders. We English are good losers but find it unfair and dishonest when we lose unfairly by the Goal Posts being moved during the bidding process. Sepp Blatter just doesn't understand us English and underestimates the backlash here in England and the rest of the World.

Why do you think we English invented Cricket? It's played with politeness, Fairness but with a steely aim to win. This defines what we English are about. It's why when the bidding process was found to be dodgy the English Press went to investigate.

I believe that FIFA should be restructured root and branch and all FIFA members should be allowed to vote ie. over 200 countries not just the 24 present members. It seems since FIFA was created in 1904 by surprise surprise the French it has never been made democratic. FIFA is based on an uneven playing field. All FIFA members should be given equal voting rights.

I believe that within the next ten years FIFA will be more democratic and all those FIFA members who are dodgy will be found out much sooner, hopefully in the next 12 months.

The earliest the cup could come to England will be in 2030 a good 64 years since it was last held in England!!! As this is the case then I think the Premier League should ntroduce Goal Line technology and ignore FIFA who are just a bunch of corrupt jumped up plonkers.
