Resolving Ms Outlook 2003 Error: Unable To Send This Item

Most of the Microsoft Outlook problems are reflected when a user tries to send or receive e-mail messages

4.In case the problem is due to PST damage, repair the PST using Outlook Inbox Repair Tool. For this, locate the program file-'scanpst.exe', double-click it and proceed as prompted
