On 22nd April, all of a sudden my connection was barred. The message that appeared said that I have not paid my bill and need to clear my payment, where in I had already cleared my bill 2 days back. I tried calling up their customer care at night, but for some reason could not get through. Anywho, i called them up in the morning and explained to them my situation and the CC representative told me that the mistake is from their side and the problem will be fixed within 24 hrs.On 22nd April, all of a sudden my connection was barred. 24hrs is a little too long a time for me because being an independent consultant I work from home and this particular net connection is what i use to run my business. Still, accepting that time frame I went to a coffee shop and did my work from there for the day. But today its end of 26th April and no resolution had yet been taken. I am still without internet and sending this post from a life saving coffee shop, with wifi internet.

Since 23rd morning I have talked to at least 10 CC reps, 4 Floor supervisors and few other chaps... and they keep repeating their rant; 'It'll get restored asap". The situation has gone out of hands. I am really disappointed and furious over Reliance 'pro-active' behavior. I am also considering changing my service provider.
