According to some experts, this is one of the major factors that contributed to the success of this pizza chain. Definitely, nobody wants to wait on their pizza, such that these 30 minute deliveries became an instant success.

However, sometime in 1993, the guarantee was converted into a "You Got 30 Minutes" option because of some untoward events that resulted out of the 30-minute guarantee. While there are still some Domino's branches that offer this guarantee today, most are just enjoying the "You Got 30 Minutes" which is a little similar to the 30-minute guarantee.
