For maximum results, all three of these vitamins belonging to the B group should be consumed at the same time, if possible in a form which supplies all the B vitamins such as yeast and liver. The three anti-graying-hair vitamins can also be generated in the intestinal tract by bacteria. Hence, consuming a sufficient amount of yoghurt on a daily basis and a tablespoonful of yeast before each meal is an excellent home remedy for prevention as well as treatment of premature gray. If one desires to take tablets of calcium pantothenate and para-aminobenzoic acid also paba, they should be taken in addition to the yeast and yoghurt and not as a substitute for any of them.
