The Motorola Flipout is an interesting little phone that folds up to tiny square with QWERTY keypad
. It runs on Android 2.1 and has a 3-megapixel camera. The Motorola flip out comes with lots of extra features like QWERTY keyboard (hidden behind the screen), 2.8-inch TFT touchscreen, 3 MP camera with digital zoom, 512 MB internal memory with a bundled 2GB microSD card, 3G connectivity, A-GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi etc. with an added feature called MOTOBLUR.

The screen on the Motorola FLIPOUT is predominantly functional. The 3-megapixel camera features the Kodak Perfect Touch' auto attractive tool which automatically optimizes the intensity and difference of your pictures. You can choose to add this effect after taking a picture and the Flipout asks whether you want to save an image with the effect on or not. Videos and photos viewed on the screen won't blow your mind, with colors looking a touch dull and lackluster resolution.
Motorola FLIPOUT's five row QWERTY Keyboard is made with a four four-way d-pad in the bottom left. Keys light well when used and are clearly marked. There are also handy keyboard shortcuts (such as copy and paste) which use the capacitive menu button in place of Ctrl or Apple' on a PC or Mac. The phone, being square, sits in the hand nicely, in both closed and open modes. The five line keyboard is slightly raised to allow for easier typing, and due to the shape allows for a separate row of numbers, which we like to see.
