It can create the new shape and will remain in its original place. On the other hand, a mix of calcium hydroxyapatite can create a new look that will only last up to one year. For many doctors, this is the best option for patients looking to use non-surgical rhinoplasty to create a temporary solution. Other fillers include collagen, hyaluronic acid and polyacrylamide gel.

Benefits Over Surgery

Patients that do not want to undergo a surgical rhinoplasty want to see similar results without the traumatic operation. Going under general anesthesia is a concern for some patients. The effect that it has on the body is not always easy and it takes a while to completely recover from its effects. Other patients worry about going under the knife. They know that all of the incision sites will need to be cared for and there is a chance of scarring and even infection.

It is not unusual for patients looking into plastic surgery to seek out other alternatives. These non-surgical procedures usually cost less and tend to provide similar results. The recovery time is not as difficult to manage and people are able to get back to their regular routine quickly.
