No Coincidence , but towards the end of the finale ,the Last Shot Triggered off by Rihanna did save the World from the Battleship USS Missouri , a Museum ship put into action to fight off the largest of the alien ship , as it was swerved into action blasting the Alien Control ship Sky high with Missouri 's big guns

Battleship unfolds with a Football match between the US Navy host team with their Japanese counter part for a friendly match before departing for an international fleet of navy ships to compete in a war games re-enactment of Pearl Harbour, only to find that they are no longer on an exercise but mustfight for survival against a superior Alien force.

Kitsch survive well in his role in his role as the reluctant Hero which seems a good choice . He showed a catch in his acting and viewer will be engrossed with his character , who was deemed to be a loser but managed to turn around and even save the World and managed a good fair pat on his shoulder by Liam Neeson ( The Admiral ) and his potential Father in law

Liam Neeson would have steal the show but completely wasted in his role as the Admiral, he would well be blasting off all the aliens but has little screen time .

Meanwhile for Rihanna , She is Cute ,,, I guess with her presence, the feel is that she is playing the much trigger happy gunner and every viewer will like to see how she handle those big gun from the destroyer s Missile launcher to the Missouri s Big Gunners

All the hype around her debut can be justified with the word ..Cute .. or to say the least of the performance is strictly very okay. She is Not the chatter box in the show and dialogue will not help her as viewer already has set their mind of her acting even before watching the movies .She her Blast off the aliens ship is already satisfying

Cinematically, the film is above average but is a sure blockbuster as there are many qualities that redeem its blockbuster category

The film is kind and offer Kudo to US service men who got injured during recent US conflict especially to the paraplegics and also retired armed personals. Films of this size rarely contribute screen time those physically challenged nor to retiree personnel . The film thus does a good job by realizing the finale victory being won with the USS Missouri manned by retired crews.

'Battleship' is deemed to be better than the 'Independence Day' in using updated effects which are quite relative to Transformer but with more of latest digital graphics and explosive effects and the whole storyline is never a drag as it starts off with some funny brief Kickass attitude of Hopper ( Taylor Kitsch ) in his courtship to Admirals daughter and then becomes fast paced and action packed totally
