Rihannas Loud Tour To End Before Christmas
The Barbadian recording artist, Robyn Rihanna Fenty
, popularly known as Rihanna is closing to the finish line of her current concert tour called The Loud Tour.
The fourth concert tour by the 23-year old Barbadian recording artist that started on June 4, 2011 finishes on December 22, just before Christmas, this tour was one of the biggest tours ever done by Rihanna that had a schedule of worldwide tour, that took a kick start on June 4 in Baltimore and will finish on December 22 in London, with an performance slated in over twenty countries.
Though there were unfortunate incidents during the tour, like her delayed start on July 8, 2011, at Dallas show, when a fire broke out following Rihannas performance of California King Bed. However For safety measures, the public was evacuated and the concert was forced to end early. But the tour continued all the way with success and it received critical acclaim from music critics citing it as Rihannas best tour yet.
The Opening acts during the tour included J.Cole, B.o.B, Cee Lo Green and DJ Dummy, with few of them on selected dates and Calvin Harris in Europe, followed by Cover Drive in Barbados. Rihanna swept across the globe apart from United States, Canada, Barbados, Finland, Norway, England, Brazil, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland, France, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal and finishing the tour in London, England with last concert scheduled at The O2 Arena on 20,21 and 23. The tour was all over North America, South America and Europe. Along with V Festival and Rock in Rio was also a part of the tour. And this concert tour has also marked Rihannas first time that she has performed in her home country of Barbados.
During The Loud Tour the Setlist included Only Girl (In the World), Disturbia, Shut Up and Drive, Man Down, Darling Nikki, S&M, Let Me, Skin, Raining Men, Hard, Breakin Dishes, The Glamorous life, Medley: Run This Town / Live Your Life, Unfaithful, Te Amo, Hate That I Love You, California King Bed, Whats My Name?, Rude Boy, Cheers (Drink to That), Dont Stop the Music, Take a Bow and Redemption Song. Followed by the Encore songs during the tour are Love the Way You Lie (Part II), Umbrella and We Found Love.
During this tour Rihanna fell ill and there were couple of Cancellations and rescheduled shows, but shes heading towards a successful tour completion. Lets expect the best yet to come out of Rihanna by the end of this tour.
