People have even reported that they can never reach managers and supervisors over the phone, so that resolve their troubles. They keep trying and phone gets hung up post several hours of wait, which irritates them greatly.

Gradually, people are moving away from the company in fear of getting trapped in its safe game. In an effort to increase revenues, the company is losing out on its esteemed consumers. So, it becomes essential for the company to understand that unethical business practices will not help in the long run.
