After second crushing, materials are provided for vibrating screen that can separate different products according to the needs you have. While those particles haven't attained the mandatory fineness will be returned to impact crusher for tertiary crushing. 40 -60 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-500750) + impact crusher (PF-1010) or cone crusher (HPC 160) + vibrating screen.

80 120 TPH and processing of 80-120 tph rock crushing plant:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-600900) + impact crusher (PF-1214) or cone crusher (YK1860) + vibrating screen.

150 200 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-7501060) + impact crusher (PF-1315) or cone crusher (HPC 220) + vibrating screen.

250 300 TPH:

Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-500750) + two impact crushers (PF-1315) or cone crusher (HPC 220) + vibrating screen.
