Though these websites were made for the only purpose of providing relevant, valuable references, many students use them as a free source for readymade seminar topics and projects. The articles and slides are downloaded and used for presentations as it is, without any contribution from the student. This manipulates the whole purpose of making a seminar report.

Even though a minority of the students misuse these websites, their role in providing value based information is unquestionable. These websites help majority of the students to search and easily find out all the information regarding any latest technology. For example different websites are made to deal in the field of mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, computer science, IT etc.
