The heat also affects the structure of the buildings as well, most commonly, the roof. Hot air from the machines travels up towards the roof, where they condense and form moisture. This moisture first affects the metal used in the construction of the roof. Wood is also used in the construction of roofs these days. Plywood being the most common form of shelter used, it deteriorates rapidly due to the condensation of water on it. There is also fear of mildew, which is a fast-growing fungus well-known for causing health problems. To take care of these problems and more factories use Roof Air Ventilators. Roof Air Ventilators help clear these problems by equalizing the air both outside and inside the roof. They lower the cost of energy by removing the excess moisture that gets trapped in the roofs, thus removing excess heat.

Similarly, machines used in factories also require cooling after a certain period of time. Industrial ventilators are being used in factories to reduce the carbon-emissions as well as to remove excess chemical fumes that are ejected by the machines. Industrial ventilation also enables factories to reduce worker exposure to toxic chemicals and is very beneficial.
