Black people protested boldly against the injustice which was done to a black lady. The lady was arrested for showing her reluctance to abide by the laws. She has fallen victim to the act of disobedience. The higher authority framed charges against her by accusing her for taking the law into her hand. She violated law which didn't allow her to spread supremacy over the white community. The proceeding was started in the court and black community people revolted against the wrong decision on the part of the civilian government.

This small event showcased the condition of the whole black community. This watershed movement fueled the black community people to raise their hands against such drastic steps of the government. Montgomery Bus Boycott was perhaps the by product of such uprising. Rosa Parks has become a legendary figure because she revolted against the stereotyped civil order and law was basically designed to oppress the downtrodden class. Her drastic decision went against the institutional force of the society but as a human being she did the right thing. She can be a black lady but she must be honored like a normal person. She proved that she had showed her bravery to take the exception to the class division, so called color distinction and racial segregation.
