Few months back my friend resigned from his job
. He is very well educated, experienced and talented and from the moment he has joined this job he was extremely enthusiastic about it. He got the right position, right salary, right company and brand to build a progressive report in his career. After three months he was no more the same. He was feeling mundane, lack of responsibility, unsatisfied with his job roles .For he believed he can do much more than this but is not being defined properly in the enterprise. Finally he switched his job. Now when I see him in other company he is working at same monetary figures but seems to be rather happy with his work. He says his job role is quiet defined and top management trusts his talents for the initiative and challenges he want to take.
Recruitment as we all know is process to hire people at work. But simply hiring does not do. For instance in former company wherein my friend worked earlier was tremendously lacking in proper process support and so they could not retain good candidates at work. Simultaneously it demotivated my friend so much that he quit the job. In latter case a proper understanding of employee and employer is clearly evident and this definitely gives an impression that company runs with support of good recruitment process.

The point here is that it is not mandatory that without RPO a company is just reckless to hire good people.
