Having a sporting pastime is a great way to keep fit

, but also to be part of something and extend our social circle. Of course, team sports tend to be the best way to get the best of both worlds with a big group of players there will be inevitably be banter and competition, but also a social scene to get involved with. It doesn't matter your level of ability or age, if there is a sport that you want to get involved in then you should go for it.

If rugby is your sport of choice, there are a few things to consider.

The first step is to look out for some new rugby clothing, you may have not played in a while and your boots are mouldy and your shorts are a little too tight, so having some new kit would be a good starting point.
