First, only train your range! Dont train defense or any other stats.

Start by going to the stronghold on security in barbarian village (if you dont know what this is youtube it) and get 10k from the center. Then go to the cockroaches and get the xp lamps and 10k from the treasure chest (if you dont know how to get there search it on youtube). Use both of the xp lamps on ranged and save your money for your bows and arrows. Next go to the Grand Exchange and buy, Oak Shortbow, Willow Shortbow, and Maple Shortbow. Also buy an amulet of power NOT an amulet of accuracy many people think the amulet of accuracy is better but the amulet of power adds more bonus to range. Buy a coif, and your green dhide set also.

Now its time to train.

Because of the xp lamps you should have around 9 ranged if you did not get the lamps just follow the guide

Lvl 1-15

Train on Chickens in lumbridge until you have 15 ranged

Lvl 16-25

Train on Cows in the Crafting Guild near falador.

Or train on Men in the house in edgeville.

Lvl 26-30

Train on Monks in edgeville, you will not need food because they can heal you

Lvl 31-40

Train on Barbarians in barbarian village

Or train on Minotaurs in the first level of the stronghold on security.

Lvl 41-50

You can continue with barbarians if you do not want to waste money on food

Or for faster xp you can trian on flesh crawlers in the 2nd level of the stronghold of security because they will keep attacking you on their own and you dont have to do anything.

Lvl 51-70

Hill giants in the edgeville dungeon

Lvl 71-99

Lesser Demons in karajama
