The newly- developed VSI (vertical shaft impact) crusher is a crusher and shaper. Can be used as a crusher or a shaper by changing feeding methods and core structure of the crushing cavity. Thus, customers do not need to expand investment; they have a crusher and a shaper in a same time.

[ VSI Crusher Application]

VSI crushersare widely applied in expressway and railway building, hydropower station construction, bridge and tunnel building, concrete batching plant, etc for crushing and gravel shaping. They are highly recommended when it comes to the shaping of gravels used in concrete aggregates, whose concrete strength is above C 60 or which required to be freeze proof and leak proof. In the fine crushing section, VSI is the substitute of impact crusher, and it is much better in terms of main performance indexes.
